Online Master of Construction Business in Construction Management
The University of Oklahoma’s Gibbs College of Architecture, in collaboration with the Price College of Business, now offers an online Master of Construction Business in Construction Management. This 32-credit program will position students for understanding of the essential elements of the business, legal, and technical issues encountered in a construction environment.

Program Outcomes
As a graduate of the online Master of Construction Business program, students will be prepared to:
- Successfully implement best practices in project and construction management across all stages of the construction project lifecycle.
- Master the application of construction-related law and regulations to negotiations and project development, with emphasis on avoiding disputes through careful attention to planning.

Program Format
The Master of Construction Business program is conducted over 4 semesters. It features:
- 8-week courses
- A blend of asynchronous coursework and live online classes
- One residency session at the end of the program
- 17 courses totaling 32 credits
- A mix of course content from the Gibbs College of Architecture and the Price College of Business

Admission Requirements
To apply to the online Master of Construction Business program, students must hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university (or appropriate international equivalent). Students should have earned a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 in undergraduate studies and are recommended to have a minimum of three years work experience in the built environment.
