Our students learn through service in the field by working with real clients in small towns, urban districts, and suburban neighborhoods.
Engage with Communities
Our class projects tackle community issues alongside the Institute for Quality Communities, including designing recreational areas and downtown streets, preserving historic buildings, and more.
Competitive Graduates
Our grads work for consulting and design firms, government agencies, community planning, and nonprofits. Many go on to post-graduate studies in architecture, landscape architecture, construction science, or interior design.

Located at OU-Tulsa, we are the only program in Oklahoma dedicated to the study of cities.
