Nova was born and raised in Oklahoma. She moved to Texas in 2001 and returned “home” to Norman in 2018. While in Texas, she earned a Bachelor of Art in HR Management and a Master of Management in both HR Management and Organization Management from Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, TX. Nova has been with the University of Oklahoma since 2018, and in 2022 she joined the advising team at the Christopher C Gibbs College of Architecture. She advises for Interior Design and Environmental Design. In her spare time, Nova likes to read and is a passionate animal conservation advocate.
